Vitaly came to my house to repair a chord that had a short in it. He came promptly and put in a new chord. I was lucky to get an appt. that day because had I not gotten it fixed all my food would have spoiled and would have to be thrown out. After installing s new chord, he connected the water line and showed me what to do to get ice. He was personable, professional, and I could tell he had expertise in refrigerator repair. If I need any of my appliances repaired in the future he will be the first to be called.
Came home from a vacation and found my 18 year old water heater not working. Vitaly returned my call promptly and came next day to fix the problem. I was prepared to pay for a new water heater. He came prepared with parts already purchased when I gave him the model number and fixed it in 10 minutes. He's saved me at least a grand. Thanks!
