Great service,like always! We used A Plus Appliance Care several times before and they always came trough.This time Vitaly came out to fix our stove,turns out ignitor was bad.He had the part in the truck and was able to fix it right away.Highly recommend !

Vitaly came to my house to repair a chord that had a short in it. He came promptly and put in a new chord. I was lucky to get an appt. that day because had I not gotten it fixed all my food would have spoiled and would have to be thrown out. After installing s new chord, he connected the water line and showed me what to do to get ice. He was personable, professional, and I could tell he had expertise in refrigerator repair. If I need any of my appliances repaired in the future he will be the first to be called.

Came home from a vacation and found my 18 year old water heater not working. Vitaly returned my call promptly and came next day to fix the problem. I was prepared to pay for a new water heater. He came prepared with parts already purchased when I gave him the model number and fixed it in 10 minutes. He's saved me at least a grand. Thanks!
